Ice creams are always a hit in all the seasons, aren't they !!
A new addition to the flavour of the ice cream family..
made "KIWI ICE CREAM"...
and yes, it's eggless... :)
Heat the milk and sugar, together in a saucepan on a low flame till the sugar dissolves.
Now add the condensed milk, vanilla essence and cook further for 6-7 minutes.
Dissolve the cornflour in some milk and add to the sugar milk mixture. Cook till it is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon when dipped.
Now cool the mixture completely. Whip the cream to form soft peaks. Keep aside.
Blend the kiwi to form a puree. Now lightly fold in, a the three mixtures and refrigerate in the freezer. After am hour, mix the ice cream with a spoon and freeze again. Serve
