Instructions
Boil milk along with cardamom powder & kesar till reduced three fourth.
Add the sugar, mix it well.
Mix cornflour with quarter cup of milk, and gradually add to the boiling milk, stir continuously.
Add chopped pista, (milk powder dissolved in some milk), milk powder and mix it well. Remove from fire and let it be cool.
Now add the beaten fresh cream and kewra essence
Beat the whole mixture with electric beater for 2 minutes.
Now pour the mixture in the kulfi mould, tap it and close it tightly and freeze for 6 to 7 hours.
Serve chilled.

This is best accompanied with falooda.
