This recipe I had seen posted by Rita Arora ji wat all ingredients she had used I used the same . I had given a slight twist in my dough by adding mixed Italian herbs.
In a bowl add maize flour, refined flour,salt,mixed italian herbs,oil, an make a dough an keep aside
Pressure cook the tomatoes,peel the skin,add onion, green chillies,raw mango piece, garlic pieces ,tomato sauce an grind it . Then add salt, chopped coriander leaves, spring onions an serve
Take a rolling board take a small piece of dough an roll it like roti shape. Then with the help of the knife cut it how u see chakra in a wheel. Then prick it with fork on both the sides an deep fry it till crispy
Then place it in a bowl an serve with the sauce
Notes
If you don’t have maize flour ,you can use left over rotis for making nachos . It would give an indiaI touch to the dish
