A very delectable breakfast to start your day full of energy, as it contains potatoes and wheat flour which are rich in carbohydrates. These provide your body with long-lasting energy to keep you going for hours.
Make a soft dough using all-purpose flour, wheat flour, and 1 tablespoon of refined oil, along with the required water. Rest it covered for 15 minutes.
Boil and mash the potatoes. Then, add chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chilies, chaat masala, red chili powder, and salt.
Take a dough the size of a tomato and roll it out with a rolling pin. Now, place some potato stuffing in the center and close it from all sides.
Carefully roll it out again so that the stuffing does not come out.
Heat a tawa (griddle) and cook the paratha on both sides. Apply an adequate amount of oil and cook it until golden brown on both sides.
