Peel the potatoes and cut it into fingers shape.
Place potatoes in salted water and boil for 5 to 7 minutes.
Remove all water.
Take a big bowl and add cornflour,salt and pepper and then mix it and then add boiled potatoes fingers and mix it well.
Now deep fry these potatoes fingers.
Now put a pan on heat and add a tablespoon oil.
Add onion, garlic,ginger and salt and saute on high heat for one minute.
Add tomato sauce and potatoes finger and mix it well.
Crispy garlic potatoes fingers are ready to serve.
