Mix together sago,potatoes,grated ginger,salt,chopped onion,chopped green chilli,chopped coriander leaves,chilli flakes,Chaat masala and 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs...mix well
Take a small portion of the mixture and give it a shape like tikki
Make all the tikis like this
Make a thin smooth paste of all purpose flour and water
Dip the tikis in this paste and then coat with breadcrumbs...
Deep fry or shallow fry the tikis till golden brown in colour from both the sides
