Instructions
Soak oats in 1 cup water for 10 -15 min so that oats soften up. Add all the ingredients to prepare oats pakora batter.
The consistency of the batter should be just like general pakoras usually prepared. Add little water to adjust the consistency.
Heat an appam pan and drizzle little oil in all the sections. Put spoonful of oats pakora batter in each section and allow to cook from one end.
Flip the appe pakoras to cook from other end. Serve hot with chutney or tomato ketchup.
