In this recipe I have used rajma as a stuffing . I have given a slight twist in the stuffing by using rajma ,in place of potatoes stuffing I have used rajma
In a bowl add refined flour,salt, semolina,rice flour an make a dough with warm water and wrap it up with muslin cloth for about 1 hour.
Soak overnight rajma , next day pressure cook it for 6 whistles . Then drain the water out . Grind into smooth paste,
Then in a bowl add rajma paste,add salt, garam masala pd,chat masala pd, coriander leaves, ginger, chilli paste an mix well. In a pan add oil ,fry jeera,add ginger chilli paste an mix well then add the rajma paste mix well
Keep stirring till it leaves it's sides an add lime juice an mix well. Then off the gas too cool. Then take a small piece of dough an roll it like roti shape divide into half .
Then give a shape of samosa an add the stuffing an then deep fry it

You can use any stuffing let it be potatoes, panneer,or vegetables or dry fruits ..
