  • In a bowl add refined flour,salt, semolina,rice flour an make a dough with warm water and wrap it up with muslin cloth for about 1 hour.
  • Soak overnight rajma , next day pressure cook it for 6 whistles . Then drain the water out . Grind into smooth paste,
  • Then in a bowl add rajma paste,add salt, garam masala pd,chat masala pd, coriander leaves, ginger, chilli paste an mix well. In a pan add oil ,fry jeera,add ginger chilli paste an mix well then add the rajma paste mix well
  • Keep stirring till it leaves it's sides an add lime juice an mix well. Then off the gas too cool. Then take a small piece of dough an roll it like roti shape divide into half .
  • Then give a shape of samosa an add the stuffing an then deep fry it

Recipe Notes

You can use any stuffing let it be potatoes, panneer,or vegetables or dry fruits ..
