Wash potatoes in water n take out out on kitchen toelHeat oil in wok n deep fry potatoes edges in heated oil till it done light brown. Transfer it on absorbing paper.
Heat oil in wok, add ginger garlic n saute for 2 minute. Add onion and capsicum saute for minute on high flame.
Add green chilies n saute for 30seconds. Add soy sauce, ajinomoto, salt and vinegar. Mix it well.
Add melted cornstarch in water in wok n saute for minute on high flame. Add schezwan sauce n mix it.
