Minced paneer

large Onion chopped

crushed pepper

Turmeric Powder

Chilly powder

small bay leave

teaspoon
Garam Masala powder

teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste

teaspoon
cumin seed

Oil
Salt
Water as required

Few chopped spring onion greens
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and bay leaves and let it crackle.
Add onions, chillies,ginger garlic paste and saute till onion turns soft. Add tomatoes and fry till tomato turns mushy.
Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, half of crushed pepper, salt and saute for a min.
Add the potatoes and fry for 5-10 mins. Then add the minced paneer and cooked for another few mins.
Add some water and cook for about 5 mins or till the gravy reaches your required consistency.
Add the Garam Masala powder and give a quick stir. Sprinkle the remaining crushed pepper and chopped spring onion greens and take off the heat.
