Palak 250 g
Salt
Black pepper 1 tsp
Onion 1/4 cup
Carrot 1/4 cup
Cream 1/4 cup
Instructions
Wash palak thoroughly
Put water to boil
Add in palak and all the veggies.
After palak starts getting tender .Strain everything
Immediately transfer them into chilled water.keep for 5 minutes.
Strain it.
Puree it and again strain
Put in a bowl and allow to cook. Add salt and pepper.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Switch off the flame and add in fresh cream
Serve with soup sticks
Notes
Do Not overcook palak. Of you do so , you won’t get a fresh green color.
