Soak rice n arhar dal together for 1/2 hour in pressure cooker with 3cups of water.
Add salt n turmeric in it and cook it on 3 whistle. Take wok heat oil in wok add ginger garlic paste n saute for 2 minutes on medium flame.
Add onion n saute till it get transparent.
Add palak puree, green chili paste n salt(remember we already added salt in khichdi) mix well n cook it on medium flame for 3 minutes
Add dis mixture in khichdi, add 1 cup water with mixture and mix well, cover lid removing whistle cook it on low flame for 8 to10 minutes. Taste the salt, if salt is less in it so u can add salt to taste
Heat ghee in pan crackle cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, curry leaves and dry chili, add this tadka in khichdi and mix well
