Instructions
Firstly whisked the curd and water in a bowl well. That is, prepare buttermilk.
Now separate all the leaves from the stem of the coriander.
Make a fine paste with the help of silicate or mixer grinder.
Roast
cumin seeds until light brown colour and grind it also.
Now add coriander paste, roasted cumin, black salt in butter milk.
Cool and put it in the glass. Serve slightly cumin powder and coriander leaves from top to bottom.
