Ginger garlic paste
red chilli powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
garam masala 1/4 tsp

Instructions
Heat a nonstick pan over medium flame. Add the washed spinach to the pan.
Once spinach is cooked and most water dries up, transfer the spinach in a dish.
In the same pan, add 2 teaspoons of mustard oil.
add cumin seeds and asafoetida. Then add chopped onion. cook till translucent.
Add garlic ginger paste. Add all the dry spices.
Now add the cubed potatoes and mix.
cook on medium heat for 5-6 minutes
add spinach and Mix it.
cook for another 3-4 minutes or till potatoes are done.
