Dry Aloo Saag
Ingredients
- 1 cup Spinach chopped
- 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1/4 tsp Cumin Seed
- 1 pinch Asafoetida
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 Potatoes boiled

Instructions
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium flame. Add the washed spinach to the pan.
- Once spinach is cooked and most water dries up, transfer the spinach in a dish.
- In the same pan, add 2 teaspoons of mustard oil.
- add cumin seeds and asafoetida. Then add chopped onion. cook till translucent.
- Add garlic ginger paste. Add all the dry spices.
- Now add the cubed potatoes and mix.
- cook on medium heat for 5-6 minutes
- add spinach and Mix it.
- cook for another 3-4 minutes or till potatoes are done.
