Mustard oil

Tspn Red chilli powder
Salt

tspn garlic paste

tspn Ginger paste

Green chillies
Instructions
Wash water spinach with water for 3-4 times. Finely chop it.
Take oil in a wok and add mustard oil. When oil turns hot add finely chopped onions .
Cook till onions are pink in colour. Now add ginger garlic paste, Red chilli powder, Salt
Cook till oil separates .Now add finely chopped water spinach or Naari ka saag
Cook till water evaporates and oil separates. Serve with Besan ki roti
