  • 1 large Saag of naari ka
  • 2 Onions
  • 1/4 cup Mustard Oil
  • 1/2 red chili powder tspn
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 Garlic Paste tspn
  • 1 Ginger Paste tspn
  • 4 Green Chillies


  • Wash water spinach with water for 3-4 times. Finely chop it.
  • Take oil in a wok and add mustard oil. When oil turns hot add finely chopped onions .
  • Cook till onions are pink in colour. Now add ginger garlic paste, Red chilli powder, Salt
  • Cook till oil separates .Now add finely chopped water spinach or Naari ka saag
  • Cook till water evaporates and oil separates. Serve with Besan ki roti
