Naari ka Saag is otherwise known as Water Spinach or Karemoo...It is Popeyes Favourite. It is cooked with not more spices

Ingredients
- 1 large bunch of Naari ka saag
- 2 onions
- 1/4 cup Mustard oil
- 1/2 Tspn Red chilli powder
- Salt
- 1 tspn garlic paste
- 1 tspn Ginger paste
- 4 Green chillies

Instructions
- Wash water spinach with water for 3-4 times. Finely chop it.
- Take oil in a wok and add mustard oil. When oil turns hot add finely chopped onions .
- Cook till onions are pink in colour. Now add ginger garlic paste, Red chilli powder, Salt
- Cook till oil separates .Now add finely chopped water spinach or Naari ka saag
- Cook till water evaporates and oil separates. Serve with Besan ki roti
