Instructions
First you need to clean the saag, wash and finely cut the saag.
Heat oil add methi dana as they crackle add garlic and saute two minutes.
Add whole red chili and saag mix well add salt red chili powder. Lower the heat, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Open the lid stir and cook for 2-3 minutes more. Switch off the gas. Add lemon juice, Serve hot with Partha.
