For paste -
½ cup fenugreek leaves
¼ cup mint leaves
¼ cup coriander leaves

green chilli
½ inch ginger

lemon juice

Salt
¼ cup water
½ cup oil
For sev -
½ cup rice flour

gm gram flour
½ tsp chat masala

sesame seeds

oil for deep frying
Instructions
In a mixer jar add tri colour leaves, green chilli, ginger, lemon juice, salt , water and blend it.
In a bowl add rice flour, gram flour, chat masala, oil, sesame seeds and mix well.
Now our puree is ready.
Knead this adding the puree little by little.
Make the dough and keep it aside.
Grease the chakli press fitted with sev attachment and put the dough into it.
Heat the oil in a wok.
Press the chakli press into hot oil and deep fry till golden and crisp.
Drain on absorbent paper.
Let it cool.
Store in air tight container.
Serve with hot tea or coffee.
