Fenugreek Crispies Sticks

wheat flour
½ cup semolina

cup
fenugreek leaves
2
green chilli
1
teaspoon
Salt
½ tsp red chilli powder
1
teaspoon
ajwain
1
tbsp
sesame seeds

tbsp
oil

cup
oil for frying
Instructions
Firstly remove the thick vine in the fenugreek leaves and wash it.
Now boil adding little salt, pinch of baking powder to retain the green color.
Blend the puree and let it cool.
In a bowl add wheat flour, semolina, puree,salt, ajwain, red chilli powder, sesame seeds, oil and mix well.
Make dough and keep it aside.
Grease the chakli mould with crispy stick attachment and put the dough into it.
Make the sticks and keep them on a greased sheet.
Heat the oil in a wok and fry them on medium heat turning the side until crisp.
Remove them on an absorbent paper.
Allow them to cool before putting them in an airtight container.
Enjoy them with tea or coffee.
