Grease the idli trays wth oil.
Fill with batter and steam in Idli cooker till done
do not take idli immedietly leave it for five minutesand then take out..
Eat with chutney
Fried spinach
heat oil in a pan add zeera and salt .j
now add dry chopped palak it will fry and become crunchy.
it is nice to use this palakwith idlies.........
