Instructions
Grind mint leaves,coriander leaves ,green chillies
Heat oil in a pan add zeera.add onion and fry. Add ginger garlic paste sauté for minute or raw smell of garlic gone.
Add grinding paste and small pieces of potatoe and fry till water aveporate.
Add boiled rice and salt Mix well. Cover for 2-3 minutes.
Ready to eat
