In a bowl add refined flour,salt an make a dough and keep aside, then in a kadai add oil fry chopped garlic pieces,fry till light pink then add chopped onions, capsicum an mix well
Then add salt, pepper pd, schewan sauce an mix well then add the finely chopped panneer, schewan sauce &soya sauce an mix well. Keep aside too cool
Then take a small piece of dough roll it like roti shape. Then place the stuffing an make it straight . Then with the help of the knife make both the sides stripes
Then overlap each other one after the other an deep fry it. See that it doesn't open in the center an then deep fry it

In this recipe you can use any type of stuffing chinese noodles,or panneer or potatoes what ever u wish too . If u don’t want to fry you can bake in oven
