For hung curd, you can hang curd in a muslin cloth till all the water drains out or for 3 hours.However, the simpler method is to keep the curd in a large stainless steel sieve and let it stay there for about 15 minutes till all the water drains out
Rub the saffron into the warm milk until it dissolves. Mix the hung curd and sugar in a bowl with the spoon till it gets a smooth texture.
Add the saffron milk, cardamom powder and mix well. Sprinkle almond and pistachio on top. Chill and serve cold with puris.
