Ingredients
- 1 Kg curd
- 1 teaspoon cardamoms powder
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 7 to 8 strand of saffron
- 2 teaspoon milk
- 4 to 5 almond chopped
- 4 to 5 pistachio chopped

- For hung curd, you can hang curd in a muslin cloth till all the water drains out or for 3 hours.However, the simpler method is to keep the curd in a large stainless steel sieve and let it stay there for about 15 minutes till all the water drains out
- Rub the saffron into the warm milk until it dissolves. Mix the hung curd and sugar in a bowl with the spoon till it gets a smooth texture.
- Add the saffron milk, cardamom powder and mix well. Sprinkle almond and pistachio on top. Chill and serve cold with puris.
