For the sugar syrup

For Gulab Jamun

a mixture of different fasting flours, such as barnyard millet, tapioca pearl, amaranth, buckwheat, and water chestnut

Instructions
To make sugat syrup
Mix together water and sugar in a pot
Boil the syrup until it turns slightly sticky, add cardamom powder and switch off the flame
To make gulab jamun
Mix together khoya, paneer, flour and soda
Make a soft dough, if required sprinkle some water
Now make equal sized balls from the dough
Heat oil in a kadai
When the oil is just medium hot, add the balls and fry on medium flame until brown
Keep stirring gently to fry them uniformly
Now remove the balls from oil and add them to the prepared syrup
Allow them to rest for 1 hour
Serve!
