This is the best accompaniment with tea. It is usually prepared with Besan batter, but instead of that I have changed this recipe to create a fusion of gram flour, corn flour, rice flour mixed with spices along with cheese and paneer to make it crispy and spicy.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients one by one then grind it well to make smooth paste ,
The texture of the paste will be as shown below
Then pour the batter into a muduku maker or in a star nozzle piping bag. Squeeze the batter out and deep fry the same till golden brown. Your paneer kurkure is ready to serve.
