Dry red chili
Instructions
Wash poha and strain out the water.
Take a pan add olive oil and
roast
the peanuts and keep separate.
Now in the same pan put dry red chilli and cumin seeds. Saute for a few seconds.
Add green peas and salt. Stir continuously add poha, garam masala, green chillies, roasted peanuts.
Stir and mix all together then garnish with coriander leaves. Now ready to serve the easy evening snacks.
