Instructions
Boil and mash the sweet potato. Dry
roast
the semolina keep separate.
Heat a pan add olive oil, roasted semolina and stir. Add mashed sweet potato and mix.
Add dry nuts coconut milk, coconut cream and cardamom powder. Mix evenly then serve.
