Chickpea paratha
This is such a recipe we can carry for school, college, office or anywhere. I made the fillings with adding chickpeas flour and other ingredients.
Make a dough with wheat flour, millet flour, carom seeds, salt and water. Then keep rest for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan add onion seeds, chopped garlic, chopped green chillies, raw turmeric paste, ginger paste, onion paste, chickpeas flour, garam masala and salt.
Mix evenly stir for a few minutes and see slowly it will leave the pan. Let the fillings cool then stuff into wheat dough.
Take handful mixed flour dough spread like chapati with rolling pin. Then cut like shown in picture. Spread the fillings and fold again light press with fingers.
Apply little oil and bake both sides on griddle. Now ready to serve.
