Quinoa Bowl is an Indoitalian Fusion recipe which is a combination of Indian Spices and Tomato Puree used for Pasta recipes. It is suitable for the people who have adopted healthy lifestyle. Now a days these kind of dishes are creating their own market. It can be prepared in various ways.
Quinoa Bowl can be prepared with various combinations of vegetables. It is most common dish for Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian because the common word is Vegetarian. Brilliant right, then try this quinoa bowl.
Switch on the Stove
Keep the Kadai on the stove.
Add Two Tablespoons of Oil
Add Jeera and Chopped Green Chillies fry for sometime
Then Add Cashew Nuts fry all for sometime.
In this step fry the Onions and Bell Peppers by adding Salt, Chilli Powder and Turmeric Powder.
Once the Onions and Bell peppers are Cooked. Now Add Baby Corn,Carrots and Beans, combine them and let it cook for sometime.
Shift the Mixture into a bowl
Add the chopped tomatoes into the mixer grinder
Grind it for about a minute
Tomato Puree is ready!!!
Add the onions and fry till it softens with little salt.
Now Add Tomato Puree and cook for sometime
Then Add Washed Quinoa
One glass of water
Close the lid and boil it for sometime
Add the fried vegetables to the quinoa and mix it
Leave it for sometime in the low flame
Then Switch off the Stove
Shift it to the plate or bowl of your choice
