Beetroot soup
You know there are variety of soup. This is one of them. Beetroot is packed with numerous health benefits. It improves blood flow, lower blood pressure great source of fibre. This soup is very easy to make. I have not used any more extra ingredients.
Boil the beetroot then make a paste. . Take a saucepan add 2 cup water and beetroot paste.
Bring to boil add moringa masala, mix evenly and boil for a minute. Add lemon juice now ready to serve.
Moringa masala is made by roasted drumstick leaves, roasted moong dal, roasted ground nuts, roasted coriander seeds and roasted black corn. Grind all ingredients and store in a airtight container then use when you need.
