Boil the milk and make it one fourth. Then make a paste with rice flour and little milk. In order side soak few saffron threads with little milk.
Now add the rice paste and stir continuously it will be a semi thick consistency then add soaked saffron. Switch off the flame and make it normal temperature.
Now add soaked dry fruits, grated Chena into the payesh. Then sprinkle coconut sugar now ready to serve.
