There are variety of paratha, this is sattu paratha. Made by roasted black chana powder. It has good amount of protein. It can be packed as a tiffin or can be served in breakfast.
Make a smooth dough with adding water then keep aside.
Heat a pan put oil then add chopped onion, chopped green chillies and salt make it stir fry. Then add sattu stir continuously. Put off the flame add mint chutney and chopped coriander leaves.
Now spread the wheat dough like chapati and fill with sattu dough. Again spread with light pressure. Make the paratha with little oil or ghee. Cut and see how inside is looking.
