Wash the mushroom with boiling water. Chop onion capsicum and green chillies.
Add oil on a preheated pan, then put ginger garlic paste stir for a few seconds. Add chopped onion, capsicum, green chillies and mushroom. Stir all vegetables, add turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder and coriander powder.
Sprinkle with water, add salt and garam masala powder. Close the lid for 5 minutes then open the lid and serve with chapati, paratha, fried rice etc.
