Cut the potato small pieces and chopped fresh tomato. Take a pan add oil, cumin seeds, couscous, potato, green peas, turmeric powder and salt.
Saute all ingredients add fresh ginger, cumin powder, red chilli powder and chopped tomato. Stir for a minute then add little water to cook soft.
Finally add kasoori methi it may be semi gravy or dry. Garnish with fresh coconut. This pure healthy veg recipe can be served with rice, roti, chapati, paratha, poori, fried rice, pulao etc.
