Instructions
Shallow fry the boiled eggs and potato pieces with turmeric powder and salt.
the same pan add the mixed spices which is made by coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger paste and tomato puree.
Stir continuously add red chilli powder, salt coconut cream, cashew nuts paste and cinnamon powder.
Stir continuously and see the gorgeous colour. Now it is ready to serve with chapati, roti, paratha, poori etc.
