Boil the milk with bay leaves and green cardamom. Stir continuously it should not stick to the bottom.
Add raisin and cashew nuts. Slowly it will thickened then add the paste of rice flour soaked saffron. After a few seconds see the consistency.
Put off the flame add sugar. Let the kheer for normal temperature, squeeze the rasgolla and drop into the kheer. Rasgolla will soaked the kheer and serve after half an hour.
Notes
