Wash and peal off the membrane of the chichinda. Then cut into pieces.
Heat a pan put oil, cumin seeds, whole red chilli. Then add chopped onion, stir until light brown.
Add chopped green chillies, chopped tomato, turmeric powder, cumin powder, ginger paste salt and chopped chichinda. Stir continuously.
Close with the lid for 10 minutes or cook until soft. Then add coconut milk and ready to serve with mustard sauce or kasundi. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
