First in a pot take water and add green peas . Boil it for about 4-5 minutes and turn off the burner .The. Drain all the water and keep green peas aside .
Now take soaked bangal gram and drain all the water . Now in grinder take soaked bengal gram ,ginger and green chillies. And make fine paste . Keep it aside.
Now in grinder take boiled green peas and make coarse paste from it .
Now in a big pot ,add bengal gram paste ,green peas paste ,coriander leaves ,curry leaves ,garam masala powder ,roasted cumin powder salt as per taste and red chilli powder . Mix all ingredients well . Mixture is ready.
Now make oval shape vadai from this mixture .
Take a pan ,add oil in it and fry these vadai until they becomes golden brown in color . Pacchai pattan is ready to serve . Serve with chutney of your choice .
