vegetable stock

tablespoon
chopped spring onion

teaspoon
chopped ginger garlic
Salt

black pepper powder

Instructions
Heat oil in wok add baby corn in heated oil n shallow fry for 3 to 4 minutes on low flame. Transfer it to a plate.
In same wok, add ginger garlic n saute fir 30seconds till it turn into pink color.
Add spring onion and saute for minute on low flame.
Add vegetable stock, salt and black pepper powder and mix it well. Bring it to boil.
Add fried baby corn and cook for minute.
Babu corn soup is ready to serve. Serve this hot.
