Boil the black lentils along with the kidney beans
Heat the oil in a non stick frying pan, add whole cumin, wait till it turns black, add onions and garlic cloves. Fry until they turn brown
Add the garam masala, dhania powder, turmeric and red chilly powder also add the cut green chillies, mix properly with the onions then add tomato and add a little water to make the curry.
When the curry is made add salt and the boiled lentil, add a little water as well, mix it properly and cook for five minutes, make sure the curry is not very thin, do not add excess water.
