Boiled Pasta 3 Cups
Add 1 tbsp oil, and some salt while boiling
Carrot – 2
sliced
Bell Pepper ½ Cup
you can add red, green, orange bell pepper whatever you like
Onion – 1
chopped and fried in 1 tbsp oil
Green Beans ¼ Cup
chopped
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Basil ½ tsp
Pasta Sauce ½ Cup
Salt
Green Chilies 3
slit
Red Chilli Flakes to taste
Sugar ½ tsp
Mozzarella Cheese ½ Cup
Grated
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and add vegetables and saute until they are nearly tender.
Add fried onion, red chilli flakes, basil, pasta sauce and cook for few minutes on medium heat.
Now add boiled pasta. Mix well and stir it for 2-3 mins.
Once it is done transfer the pasta into a microwave saved bowl. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over it and microwave it for 2-3 mins.
Notes
Tip – You can add and replace any vegetable of your choice.
