Heat ghee in kadai, add cumin seeds, dried red chilli, cardamom, grated fresh turmeric, hing. Saute for 1 minute.
Add cashew nuts, Saute for 30 seconds.
Add green peas, mix well. Cook for 1 minute.
Add besan and cook for 30 second.
Switch off the flame. Add curd, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, water mix well. Now again start the flame and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Serve hot with roti or rice or bajre or jawari ki roti.
