Ingredients

Oats flour 1 cup
Almond powder 1/4 cup
Wheat flour 1/3 cup
Honey 1/4 cup
you can instead take powdered sugar too.
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Curd 2-3 tbsp
Instructions
In a bowl mix all the ingredients and add curd to bind the dough.
Roll it nicely and wrap it in cling wrap and refrigerate it for 45 minutes.
Preheat oven. On a baking tray place the flattened cookies.
Bake at 180 deg celcius for 15 minutes. Or even more till they turn brown.
