Paneer – 200 gms
Medium sized Onion – 1
Tomato- 1
Ginger Garlic paste- 1 tsp
Green chilies- 2
Chopped Green coriander- 2 tsp
Oil- 2 tsp
cumin seed
Jeera – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder- ½ tsp
Garam Masala Powder- ½ tsp
Salt
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan add the cumin seeds, chopped onions and the ginger garlic paste fry till brown.
Add the chopped chillies and tomatoes, fry till the tomatoes become soft and pulpy.
Add turmeric powder, garam masala powder and little water to cook and combine all the ingredients.
Add grated Paneer and salt cook for 5 to 7 minutes or till the Paneer mix with the cooked masala and start living some oil.
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with roti, paratha or with brown bread.
