As I said earlier I belong to North India I always feel tempted towards chaat specially Aloo ki Tikki with lots of curd and chutney. But sometimes you don't have much time to wait for your craving as on last Sunday weather was so cool with little bit of rains.
Every one in home was expecting something chat-pata from my kitchen that too instant, so prepared very simple, easy and quick Aloo ki Tikki with crunch of groundnut and crisp of sooji served with curd, chutney and chaat masala ..... giving full chat-pata taste ....
Take a mixing bowl add boiled potatoes, sooji, groundnut, green chiles, coriander, salt, chilly flakes, cumin powder, chaat masala. Mix all ingredients nicely and form a dough
From this dough make small patties
Keep these patties in Fridge for 15 to 20 minutes
Now take a pan, add oil to this and shallow fry patties till these are crisp and golden brown from both the sides
You can serve the patties hot with green or red chutney
For Garnishing : You can serve these patties as chaat also, just add a tablespoon of curd and green chutney with imli ki chutney
Sprinkle some chopped coriander and chaat masala to this
