Paneer
Cottage Cheese-250 gm (Cut in finger length )
Oil / ghee/ butter -20gm
For Marination - Ginger garlic paste- 10 gm
Turmeric powder 2gm
Elichi powder -1 gm
Hung Yoghurt -20gm
Black salt/ salt - 4 gm
Red chilli powder -2 gm
Coriander
For Chutney - Spring onion 4 nos
Garlic - 10 nos
Oil
Green chilli
Tomato – seedless
Instructions
Mix all ingredients for marination and Marinate the Paneer (Cottage Cheese)fingers.Keep in refrigerator for an hour
Meanwhile prepare simple spring onion chutney in mortar and pestle. using the ingredients for Chutney mentioned above.
Heat a pan with some oil and skewer the paneer.
Cook through and serve hot with chutney.
