Oil 2tbs
Jeera
cumin1/2 tbs
Chopped onion 1
Ginger chopped 1tbs
Tomato 1 chopped
Peas 1 cup
Tofu in cubes 1 cup
Salt
Turmeric 1 tbs
Red chilli powder 1tbs
Garam masala 1 tbs
Kasoori methi 1tbs
Instructions
Heat oil in cooker,and put cumin
Add ginger n fry till brown
Add onion n fry till golden brown
Add tomatoes and all spice (haldi,red chilli powder) mix well n cook
Add tofu and peas,cook for 3 min
Add water as u want,and close the cooker
Cook for 5 min
After it, let wait for 3 min
Open the cooker and add kasoori methi and garam masala
SERVE WITH CHAPTTIES
